A guide on best places to eat in London

I’m not sure If I’ve ever told you guys, but I like food and not regular schegular food, I like good food. Food with flavour that lingers and that reminds of moments in time, places and people I shared them with. Whenever I go to London, I always look for best places to eat in London so I wanted to share my list with you all.

I believe so much in sharing good food with people I love. Whether that is inviting you to my house for a meal or having a meal with you in one of my favourite places. I love discovering good restaurants and sharing that love with people.

My list of best places to eat in London:

This is a beautiful high-end restaurant sitting atop Selfridges in Central London. The restaurant has loads of natural light with high ceilings which makes it very bright and appealing. The vibe is art deco, shining décor, brass fittings, Pegasus statue, dining room and glitzy brasserie.

Brasserie of Light decor

The food is really good, cocktails are enjoyable and a generally lovely place to dine. I love sitting by windows, look out to the street, enjoy the peace of the restaurant and observe the shopping public. If you don’t quite fancy a meal, you can sit at the bar, have a drink and just enjoy the glitz and glamour.

Chocolate plate dessert

This is a favorite guys, it is an iconic Italian restaurant serving fine dining in Knightsbridge. When you go in, the walls are filled with pictures of celebs who have visited in the past. I found out about the restaurant while watching Danielle Armstrong’s (TOWIE) insatgram stories and I’m so glad I found it.

Prawns in sauce

I loved everything about this cute little restaurant. The service was absolutely delightful even though they cater to a lot of celebs and we are no celebs. The food was simple, yet full of flavour and tasty. I honestly love this restaurant.

Seafood at signor sassi

This veranda style restaurant situated at the rooftop level of Selfridges is another delightful restaurant to eat at in London. It is a chic, alfresco, stylish, decadent restaurant. The décor is beautiful, the location is instagrammable and just really cute.

Sitting in front of Alto by San Carlo sign

The restaurant offers original Italian cuisine in Spanish tapas style. Where you get to order different small sized dishes and this gives you the opportunity to try different things on the menu. It is a bit pricy but the food is really good and this restaurant, is a must visit in London.

Lasagne

Overall, I don’t like to think of myself as a foodie as I am not that adventurous with food so don’t just take my word for it. Go out, explore these places yourself and let me know what you think of these restaurants.

Leave me a comment, let me know if these restaurants make your list of best places to eat in London.
